Remembrance Day

Nursery today were involved in special activities to commemorate Remembrance Day. The children have been busy using an apple to create a poppy flower and becoming created when using different material. 

The children were inspired by Van Gogh painting and created their very own field of poppies using their hand prints. 

We wore our poppy to remember.

Nursery enjoyed singing along to the poppy song.
