Nursery enjoyed listening to the Nativity story and had fun being busy in their activities, which were based around the Nativity.

Nursery had been learning to create a picture on Jit Paint. They used stamps to add an image to a background and used the fill tool and paint to create a lovely picture. They chose different colours to decorate their Christmas tree. Nursery gave their picture a heading and used the keyboard to type the words. When they finished they wanted to print their picture to show their friends. They first saved their work by touching the icon and pressed print. 

We had fun using Jit paint to create the Nativity picture. 

The Nursery children worked hard making a video all about The Christmas Story. They chose different size font to write about the story and then chose different colours to create their pictures. Listen to the amazing video below to find out what happens in the Christmas story. 

Nursery children were surprised to see a mess on the floor when they came into class. Mrs Harris-Griffiths checked our Christmas camera to find out who it could be. The children were excited to find out it was Eric the Elf who paid us a visit. Together we read the letter he left, asking for our help to decorate a Christmas tree. The children used the skeleton aid, sequencing cards and the wow words to help Eric. Then the children made a lovely video for Eric to take back to the North Pole to help him remember. 

The children enjoyed using the IWB to decorate a Christmas tree.

We all been talking about Christmas and the children enjoyed listening and joining in with Mrs Harris-Griffiths reading a Christmas story in Welsh.  

We had a surprise visit to nursery class from the Grinch. He wished us all a Merry Grinch-mas
