What Conditions Speed up Mould Growth on Bread?

 

We have decided to investigate what conditions speed up mould growth on bread. We have been learning about the history of Swansea Indoor Market and we learnt that years ago Swansea Market was a health hazard because there was nowhere safe to store the food they were selling. We have chosen 4 different locations with different conditions to investigate. 

Our locations are:

Radiator - hot location

Fridge - cold location

Cupboard - dark location

Classroom table - light location.
