Numeracy

Gingerbread Counting 

The children had great fun counting the number of buttons on each gingerbread man and then matching them to the correct baking tray. 

Mixed Up Bus Stop 

The children worked hard to help all the people get onto the right bus by machining up the number on the picture card to the number on the bus. 

2D Shape Identifying and Finding

For this activity, the children needed to name and recognise the shapes and then they had to find an object within the room that was 1 of the shapes they had on the table. 

Number Formation 

The children worked really hard practicing their number formation and learning the rhymes to help them remember how to write their numbers.
