_{LPS Matrix: Let’s celebrate at the LPS Spring Festival}

We were very excited to receive a call from Mr Burnell this week. He asked us to organise the biggest, brightest and most beautiful spring festival that celebrate all the cultures within our community. We accepted his challenge and discussed all the things we already know about our topic. We are very excited to plan our very own LPS Spring Festival. We worked with our fish and chip partners to think about what we already know and then came up with 4 questions we would like to find out:

1. Do other countries celebrate St David’s Day?

2. What food do people eat on Chinese New Year?

3. What month is your birthday?

4. Why do we have Easter eggs at Easter?

We then decided what activities we wanted in the different areas of learning. We are looking forward to making our very own piñata!
