Good morning Reception!

Please find below a series of tasks available for you to complete today while our school is closed. 

Last week we started to talk about our new topic for the term - Play, Learn and Grow! Below you will find our Learning Project for this term. Today would be a great opportunity to do some research about our new topic, or challenge yourself further and select some of the questions from the areas of learning to research and answer.

1. Topic Research

If you are completing topic research, think about the following:

• What do I already know about our topic?
• How could I find more information? Use your baby photo to think about how you have changed.

2. Learning Project Questions (PDF below)

Read through the Learning Project map with your family and think about the following:

• What do I already know about our topic?
• Which Learning questions am I excited to find out more about today?

3. Maths Task - Numbers zero to ten

Please follow this link where you will be introduced to numbers 0-10 using Numberblocks. You will find a quiz at the end of each activity. 

4. Maths Challenge!

If you would like to challenge yourself further, play the game Helicopter Rescue. What numbers can you recognise?
