When to Worry About Your Worrier 
CAMHS are offering a two-session workshop on supporting your child with their worries. 
Learn how to manage your child's worries in a supportive manner that fosters emotional resilience for your child. The workshop offers an opportunity to understand the science behind worry and provides practical strategies for the home and life outside school. Take a look inside the worry cycle, understand physical feelings of panic and how to manage them, and explore when it is clear extra support may be needed. 

The two sessions will run on Thursday 25th November at 4pm and Thursday 2nd December at 4pm on Teams. You will need to attend both sessions. Please email Miss Gaffney on gaffneyc@hwbcymru.net if you would like to book a space on the workshop.
