Ynni Da - Welsh Music and Pedal Power Event

 

We had a wonderful day with Aled who led a busy morning of music appraisals. We listened to a range of Welsh bands and talked within mixed age groups about what we liked and disliked. We also took part in games and quizzes. 

 

In the afternoon the bands we had selected were used in a whole school disco. However... the music and lighting was powered by pedal power! Staff and pupils powered the disco through cycling on bikes all afternoon! We all had a great time and enjoyed the Welsh bands.
