Literacy

As a class we have been learning discussion text and together we shared our lovely ideas why we think the Three Bears should or should not be friends with Goldilocks. We read a letter left by Goldilocks, saying sorry to the Three Bears. 

Mammy Bear forgot how to make porridge, so the children worked together to create their own recipe to help Mammy Bear make porridge ready for the King's breakfast. 

The children were surprised and excited to see Cinderella arrive at nursery. She read a letter sent from the Fairy God Mother, saying thank you and how amazing the children have been making a magical wand to help Cinderella go to the ball. They also loved listening to Cinderella read a fairy tale story. 

Nursery's surprise visitor!

Nursery and the staff enjoyed dressing up as their favourite Fairy Tale character.
