Can you create a fish of your own. What pattern can you make on your fish? Can you think of different names of fish that live in the sea? 

Phonics: Phase two Phonics and phase three phonics

Can you help make the word with the wizard? Do you recognise the sounds of the alphabet? Can you write some sounds of the alphabet?

Maths: Shape and number

Can your child colour or use finger prints to  create a symmetrical butterfly. Then add the spots together to make a double number. Can you record the total number? You can either draw lines (tally) or try and write the number.

Topic: Farm animals

Can you help cook a meal with your family, using the farm products? Cheese on toast, egg, ham sandwich or even a pizza.

We have been learning about different animals. How can you care for an animal? What do they need to keep healthy? If you or someone in the family has an animal, can you describe how to take care of it. You can draw the animal and write some words. Water, food etc. Or you can video yourself. I would love to hear you tell me, how you take care of your animal.
