As a parent myself, I know there are many factors that can influence our decisions about our children’s education. We endeavour to provide a stimulating and engaging skills-based curriculum, where children can Play, Learn & Grow Together.  We aim to prepare your child for future education, providing a caring, secure and stimulating environment where they are inspired to become lifelong learners within the 21st Century. 

In our school we value everyone, recognising and celebrating our uniqueness and diverse talents. We strive to prepare our children for life by promoting the skills they will need to become successful citizens within their own communities and the wider world.  We hope that the care and respect we have for each other will reflect in the children’s lives and attitudes and be evident to anyone who comes into our school.

We are supported by our excellent, committed Governing Body and a highly skilled, enthusiastic and talented team of staff who work hard to ensure our pupils receive the best possible start in life.

As parents, you are your child’s first educators and we want to work in partnership with you to help develop your child’s talents and skills. We welcome parental involvement at all levels and if you feel you could contribute to the life of the school in any way, we will be very pleased to accommodate you. We already have an excellent and extremely active PTFA who are instrumental to the development of the school and its priorities. However, there is always room for more helpers! You will be made very welcome at Llangyfelach Primary School.
