Children’s Mental Health Week 2021 - Express Yourself

This year’s Children’s Mental Health Week is taking place on 1-7 February 2021 and the theme is Express Yourself. Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. Place2Be launched Children’s Mental Health Week in 2015 to shine a spotlight on the importance of children and young people’s mental health.

Can you do something that makes you feel good this week, this could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, or doing an activity that makes you smile. We'd love to see what makes you feel good so please send your photos or videos to gaffneyc@hwbcymru.net

Enjoy smiley
