Health & Well-Being

This week we have been learning more about our feelings - We focussed on happiness.

As part of learning our new cursive writing style, we used the gross-motor skills activities as part of our PE session.

Our focus this week is being healthy. We have been doing lots of different healthy eating and healthy living activities.

We have been learning about the importance of good hygiene.

We are brushing our teeth. It is very important to brush our teeth every day.

We have been celebrating diversity.

We have been learning about our mental health this week. We have found out different ways to keep our minds healhty.

We are helping the HHH with their campaign to promote good mental health.
