Information writing

Information skeleton.

 

This week we are learning about information writing. We discussed as a class what information is. We looked at the information skeleton and used this to give information on the people who help us.  We did lot’s of research on the different people who help us using videos, books and the internet. We even got to chat to a real life Coastguard! We used our LPS Matrix and our research to think of people who help us. We could give reasons how they help us and who helps us at different times of the day! We put all our ideas on our writers’ wall! Watch our video to see us give information on the people who help us.

We loved our surprise visit from a real life Coastguard AKA Mr Higgins! He answered all our interesting questions about people who help us.
