The children in Wraparound were introduced to their new topic 'Explorers'. Together they talked about what they new about explorers and Mrs Harris-Griffiths wrote down the children shared ideas on pupil's voice wall display. The children said, 'an explore likes to travel to different places like the moon, jungle and the ocean. The children talked about what they wanted to learn and they said animal homes, habitat.

First we looked at two famous explores. Neil Armstrong the astronaut who travelled to the moon and Ernest Shackleton the sailor who travelled to the South Pole.
