Numeracy
Christmas Pairs
The children enjoyed talking about the different Christmas items and then finding the matching pair.
Peg the Correct Number
The children had to identify what number was being shown on the card and then put the peg on the correct number at the bottom of the card.
Number Sorting
The children had to work out what number is being represented in the picture and sort them into the correct groups.
Size Ordering
The children worked hard to put the pictures into size order from biggest to smallest.
Number Formation
The children enjoyed practicing their number formation today. We wrote the number in chalk and they used the water and paintbrush to trace over the numbers.
Winter Themed Counting Activity
The children needed to count the number of items on 1 card and match it up with the correct number card.
Number Formation
The children worked really hard practicing writing their numbers.
Counting
The children needed to work out the number on the flash card and then count out the correct number of animals to match the card.
