Wales At War

As part of the LPS Matrix approach, we discussed our prior knowledge, asked questions about what we would like to learn about and explore and identified skills we would need to use throughout the topic. 

 

Here are the questions we created:

 

  • How did the event of World War I lead to World War II?
  • What was life like in Wales during WWII?
  • How did the war change the role of women?
  • Where did children go during WWII?
  • How did people protect themselves?
  • Why did Germany target certain areas?
  • Why did Hitler feel negatively about Jews?
  • How did Britain save supplies?
