Mindful Animal Movement

 

Choose an animal that inspires you. It could be a lion, a deer, a bird, or even a snake, whatever you want.

 

Think about how this animal moves, how it occupies space, and what its presence feels like.

 

Begin to move like your chosen animal. Notice how it takes up space. Is it bold and spacious like an eagle soaring in the sky, or is it slow and deliberate like a turtle?

 

How does it express confidence or weakness? Explore these movements with your whole body, letting go of any preconceived ideas about how you "should" move.
