As part of our topic 'Light and Dark' the children made a source of light. They used their cutting skills to cut yellow paper and stick it on the sun.  

Here the children are making a shadow puppet of their own following the instructions and using the words first , next and finally. They then made a shadow using a torch. 

This week we have been learning about reflection. The children used the mirrors to see their own reflection and drew their self-portrait. 

The children have been learning about shiny objects and they enjoyed creating a shing shape using foil and creating diffirent patterns using paint.
