The Welsh Curriculum is changing; this page is designed to keep you up to date regarding the changes that are happening nationally and here at LPS.

 

 

Mathematics is an essential part of the curriculum as it provide a vital set of skills required for everyday life. As a school we want to enable children to see that Mathematics provides a way of viewing and making sense of the world. It can be used to analyse and communicate ideas and information effectively and to tackle a range of practical tasks and real-life problems. Children should have a positive attitude to Mathematics as an interesting and enjoyable subject.
