Fairytales

Our topic this half term is Fairytales. Over the 7 weeks, the children will participate in a variety of different fun and engaging activities. Whilst completing these they will further their knowledge and learn new things about different stories and fairytales. This topic support children to develop a love of stories and reading. It encourages children to learn, retell and act out familiar and traditional tales including Cinderella, Goldilocks and the 3 Bears, Little Red Riding Hood, The 3 Little Pigs and the 3 Billy Goats Gruff. 

What the children would like to learn 

1. Why did the world blow the pigs house down? Lincoln 
2. Why did the wolf eat Little Red Riding Hood’s Nan?
3. Why did Goldilocks go into the bears house?
