During our trip to Penllegare Woods, we found out how animals that live in the woods have adapted to their surroundings and we learnt about food chains within the woods.

We used what we have found out about inhabitants of the woods to create classification tables for visitors to use when they visit the woods.

We have been learning about how we can help The Penllegare Trust grow more plants and trees, so we started by finding out about the different parts of the plant and their functions.
