Pencil Control

The children needed to follow the shapes and lines on the sheet with their pen as best they could in order to practice and improve their control of the pen. 

Find the Starting Letter 

For this activity, the children needed to identify the picture and tell us what they knew about it. Once they had done this, they had to work out the starting letter of each picture and then try and find it from the cards on the table. 

Scene Questions

 

For this activity, the children were asked questions about the beach scene in front of them. They needed to answer the questions and find things in the picture,
