Actions:
- Provide ongoing professional learning for all staff to develop consistent approaches and practices.
- Communicate our new systems and practices with all members of the LPS community.
- Monitor progress and impact on learner progress, half-termly across the school, using learning walks, pupil voice, observations and professional dialogue.
- Review intervention systems and how these provisions are impacting learner progress.
- Evaluate the impact on learners over the full year, using in-house assessment systems and generate next steps for improvement.
