    • SLT, staff and governors generate a series of questionnaires based on the provision, standards, wellbeing and leadership at LPS.

    • These questionnaires are online based using Microsoft Forms, which collates all responses from the community into easily interpreted data charts.

    • Information gleaned from these questionnaire overlays internal self-review

    • This approach provides a 360-degree view of the school’s success and areas for improvement.

    • This information is vital to our SER and SIP review process as it aligns clarity, perception, interpretation and reality across the whole school community.
