Remember to keep using J2Blast to practise your times tables! Organise a time when a few of you can play online together and try to challenge each other!
This is a great game you can play to help you with your times tables! It is tablet friendly so you can play it on your tablet or computer.
This is a fab game that will help you with your times tables and it will also help with number bonds, doubling and halving, and division too. It is tablet friendly so you can play it on your tablet or computer, and there is also an app available to download.
Giglets: City Mouse and Country Mouse, Friends Find a Way
I have assigned you the above two books.
Read them through and answer the Reading Test Questions and the Higher Order Thinking Skills Questions.
Topic Work: Expressive Arts
Create a 2D or 3D volcano!
You can do an amazing 2D picture of a volcano. Research volcanoes and find some photographs of active volcanoes and try and recreate using pens or colouring pencils. Or, you could use an art app on your tablet to create a piece of fantastic 2D art!
Or you could make an outstanding 3D volcano! If you choose this option, you are only allowed to use materials that you already have at home! You could use old boxes or packaging that would have just gone in the recycling, or you could even use blocks or lego!
If you want, you can take photographs of your amazing artwork and ask a grown up to email them to me at EvansR348@Hwbcymru.net and I can post them on the website!
Remember to have lots of fun while you are doing it and get your whole family involved!
I have started uploading your photos onto the website! If you go to our class page, click on Disaster Zone, then Expressive Arts, the photos will be there! Or use this link to view them!!
Spellings: Please see the spellings section as usual for your weekly spellings!
