Data Handling
We built a castle wall out of bricks and used 5 different types of projectiles to try and knock it down.
We used -
A paper ball, a plastic ball, a bean bag, a tennis ball and a football.
What we did -
We had to throw the projectiles at the wall 3 times while standing in the same place, then count how many bricks we had knocked down.
We made predictions as to which projectiles would be good at knocking down the wall and which would not be so good, and gave reasons.
"I think the football will knock down lots of bricks, because it is very big and heavy." Owen.
"I think the plastic wall will not knock down many bricks because it is very light." Nancy
Next we are going to draw a graph to represent our data and then we will interpret the data.
