We have had lots of fun planting more seeds and waiting for everything to start to grow...and they are!!

And the beetroot has started to peek up...
We have also found some wild strawberry plants growing, they are really pretty!
I hope we get some yummy strawberries in the summer!!

Olivia and I had a lot of fun doing some Easter Crafts too...

Hi everyone, I’ve been very impressed with all the work you have been doing, it’s lovely to see you all enjoying carrying on with our topic work!! I thought I’d share some of what I’ve been doing too.... As you know, Olivia and I moved house recently and have now got my parents living with us too. My mum is a bit of an expert gardener and so, as it ties in nicely with our scented garden topic and Olivia’s allotment topic, she has been teaching us both lots about gardening and how to grow some yummy things for us to eat!! 😁 It was all a bit overgrown to start with....
But after a lot of hard work...
...We were ready to start planting. We have planted some beetroot seeds...
...a rosemary bush and a chive plant.
Olivia has really enjoyed helping as it's been nice to get some fresh air and lots of exercise while spending some time together. We've both been learning lots and Olivia is very excited about tasting some of our vegetables, once they have grown!
