Creating News Reports
First we watched news reports such as NewsRound and made a list of features. Then we planned our news report using all we had learned from our research. Next, we orally rehearsed it with our friends.

In our news reports we practised presenting our news and added in detail about a Victorian Schools. We needed to talk using a more formal tone and present clearly so all could hear and understand. We also rehearsed added sounds to our reports to support the structure of our report.
