Welcome to Reception Class!

Croeso i Ddosbarth Derbyn! 

We would like to say a massive thank you to you all for an amazing year! We have loved seeing all of the children learn and grow together. We have made lot’s of lovely memories and shared lot’s of laughs and tears along the way. Thank you so much for all our thoughtful cards and gifts, it really means a lot. Have a well deserved summer break and we look forward  to seeing you all in September. Lots of love Miss Gaffney, Miss Gibbs & Miss Richards.

Just a few reminders of our weekly schedule in Reception:

Monday: Bring Geoff and Dewi back to school.

Tuesday: PE (Indoor)

Wednesday: Welly Wednesday- Morning session only. Remember to dress your child in warm, suitable clothing as we will be outside in all weather conditions.

Homework due in.

Friday: Homework sent out- online. Geoff and Dewi sent home. 

PE (Rugby: Indoor) This term only.

Reminder that children are to bring in a healthy morning snack each day, i.e. Fruit, crackers or yogurt tubes.

As the weather is getting colder, can you ensure your children have hats, gloves and scarfs in school with them. 

Please see 'Why do ladybirds have spots?’ for the latest homework.  All homework will now be online. Any questions regarding reading books or homework, please let us know.
